Students will learn basic cooking skills designed for their specific goals from a certified Culinary and Special Ed teacher.

Learn from Mike Layow, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, head chef of area restaurants, and owner of a successful

local coffee house for 10 years and is currently teaching Culinary Arts at OCM BOCES

Tuesdays 1 - 3pm or Thursdays 5:00-7:00pm

4 sessions $150

8 sessions $250
